Where the file comes from

From an ESP-IDF project, run idf.py merge-bin. The image is usually build/merged-binary.bin. Pick the chip you compiled for.

The embedded mask ROM is used unless you need a different silicon revision.

Firmware that joins gets an association and a DHCP lease. Packets leave the tab only through the proxy below.
